Delivery

Standard delivery (1-3 business days) £5 Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Express (Next day delivery) £6.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order must be placed before 13:30 to be sent the same day. Orders placed after 13:30 will be shipped the next business day.

At this time, shipping is available only in the UK. If you're outside of the UK, sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when shipping is available in your country.

Returns

At Amanzzo we are proud of the quality of our products and we believe you will be too. However, if you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to except your return or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Providing it is in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached.

If you receive an order that is faulty, please follow the process listed on our Faulty Items section.

Underwear Returns

Underwear can only be returned in its original packaging and must be unworn, and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. For hygiene reasons, please make sure you try Amanzzo underwear on over clothing.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item please contact our customer service team at hello@amanzzo.com and include any images to support. We will deal with faults on a case-by-case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected.

How to Return

We do not yet provide free returns. Return postage is at the buyer’s own cost and risk. We advise sending all returns via tracked mail to ensure the items arrive safely. We are not responsible for any items that go missing in the post.

Please ensure your return receipt is filled out and sent with your parcel.
